Deacon Brian Callahan: Bill Muto treats people with honesty and respect

In local politics, character matters. So does a candidate’s record of showing up—not just during an election, but year after year as a member of the community. Bill Muto has demonstrated both.

For many years, I have known Bill through Warwick’s community and schools, and what consistently stands out is the way he conducts himself. He listens before he speaks. He treats people with honesty and respect. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about Warwick and the people who call our city home.

Bill’s commitment to Warwick is not simply a campaign message. His family roots in the community run deep, and his involvement over the years reflects a sincere investment in the city’s future.

That commitment is particularly evident in his support for Warwick’s schools. While Bill does not work within the school system, he has been a steadfast friend and advocate for our schools and the people who make them successful. He understands that strong schools are fundamental to strong communities, and he has consistently stood up for students, teachers, and families.

At a time when public service too often becomes defined by division, District 23 would benefit from a representative who understands the value of listening, working with others, and finding common ground.

Bill Muto brings integrity, strong values and a collaborative approach to public service. He has earned the trust of people in this community not through promises, but through years of involvement and service.

I believe Warwick—and the residents of District 23—would be well served by having someone of Bill’s character, experience and commitment representing them.
